Payment Authorization and Order Confirmation

A payment authorization, a completed payment, and an order confirmation are not necessarily the same event. Depending on the payment method and processing system, your financial institution may display a pending authorization before the transaction is finalized.

If you do not receive an order confirmation, please check your email inbox and spam folder first. If the order status remains unclear, contact us before placing another order to reduce the risk of duplicate purchases or charges.

An order is not considered confirmed solely because a pending transaction appears in your bank or card account.

Pricing, Shipping Charges, and Taxes

Our standard shipping charges are based on the order total:

Orders below $75.61 are charged $12.89 for shipping.

Orders totaling $75.61 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Applicable taxes are included in the relevant product prices according to our current pricing arrangements. Our logistics provider handles the required customs clearance procedures for shipments covered by these arrangements. Customers are not required to pay again for taxes already included in the product price or customs clearance charges that our logistics provider has agreed to handle.

If the checkout total differs from what you expected, please review the order summary and contact us for clarification before completing payment.

Payment Security

Please complete your purchase through the payment interface provided during checkout. We do not ask customers to disclose their full payment card credentials through ordinary email correspondence.
